Your String Ting is made by hand in London. 

As soon as we heard you needed her, we prepped her to go!

(Our orders are shipped within three days of your order but often sooner 🤗).

We ship via Royal Mail and two options standard and a slightly faster service which is labelled International Shipping Tracked on the website.

Once shipped, she will arrive safely riding inside her beautifully cushioned, silver holographic bubble package because she’s fancy like that.

So, please, be patient, it’s a big journey for a little Ting!

And remember, good Tings always come to those who wait. 

 

Shipping Options

Shipments within the UK

For shipments within the UK, all String Tings are sent via Royal Mail First Class with the option to add a tracked service for an additional charge.

*Please note that due to Covid 19, some delivery times may be affected. 

Worldwide (outside of the UK)

String Tings can travel to wherever you are in the world - they will come to you via the Queen’s Royal Mail and then transfer to your local mail carrier once in your country.

If you would like a super express service to get your String Ting to you ASAP using DHL, please email us at hello@stringting.com and we can coordinate this, no problem! 

 

 

Returns

Returns will be handled on an individual basis, please email hello@stringting.com if you need to make an enquiry. Any enquiry made must be made within one day of receipt of your String Ting. All Tings must be returned unused and in their original packaging, pretty please!
