Shipping & Returns


Your String Ting is made by hand in London. 

As soon as we heard you needed her, we prepped her to go!

(Our orders are shipped within three days of your order but often sooner 🤗).

We ship via Royal Mail and two options standard and a slightly faster service which is labelled International Shipping Tracked on the website.

Once shipped, she will arrive safely riding inside her beautifully cushioned, silver holographic bubble package because she’s fancy like that.

So, please, be patient, it’s a big journey for a little Ting!

And remember, good Tings always come to those who wait. 

*please note that String Ting does not pay for customs fees, only shipping. If you are in the EU, please check for fees from the UK based on the value of your purchase. 


Shipping Options 

Shipments within the UK

For shipments within the UK, all String Tings are sent via Royal Mail First Class with the option to add a tracked service for an additional charge.

*Please note that due to Covid 19, some delivery times may be affected but generally, orders will arrive within 72hours from shipment. We ship parcels three days a week.  


Worldwide (outside of the UK)

String Tings can travel to wherever you are in the world - they will come to you via the Queen’s Royal Mail and then transfer to your local mail carrier once in your country.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product. All items must be returned unopened and unused in their original packaging. Please note, shoppers must return the packages via a tracked service. String Ting does not pay for return shipping. A refund will be issued once the product is received and inspected and confirmed as new.
