Yes! We ship worldwide every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from our London studio. If your country accepts parcels, we’ll get them there — including regular orders to Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Kuwait, Qatar and beyond.
We dispatch all of our orders on Monday, Weds and Friday. If you place an order by 11AM on those days, your little ladies will go out same day.
Once your order is out the door, shipping times vary by location:
- UK: 1–3 working days by 1st Class Post
1 working day Royal Mail
Tracked 24
- UK: 1 working day by DHL Express
- EU: 5–10 working days.
- US & International: 5-10 working days (customs dependant)
You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Check your spam/junk folder — it’s probably hiding there. If it’s really gone, drop us an email at hello@stringting.com and we can help!
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us ASAP and we’ll try our best. Once it’s in our fulfillment line up, it is hard to cancel for logistical reasons but you can always return !
Absolutely. Just enter the recipient’s name and address at checkout. Want to add a note? Pop it in the comments box and we’ll include it with love. We also have Gift Cards!
Yes! We offer a lifetime restringing guarantee on all Tings. If your Ting breaks with regular use, we’ll restring her for free — just pay shipping. Contact us for details.
100%. Every Ting is lovingly made in London by our team of talented stringers. We don’t do mass production — we do magic.
Our straps work with any phone case that has a small opening near the charging port or buttons. If you’re using a String Ting Ghost Case, you’re good to go.
