If it isn’t love at first sight, you have 14 days to send your return from the date you received your order. All pieces need to be in ship-shape - that means unopened and unused, in the original packaging with the stickers. If you’ve already taken your Ting for a spin, we can’t accept it back. After your return is received, we make sure each piece is in new condition, and then we’ll issue your refund. We’re a small independent business, and that means we don't pay for your return shipping. Please email hello@stringting.com for clear instructions on how to return your item tracked.
If you’re shopping from outside the UK, just a heads up that some orders will be subject to import duties. Please check the import rates in your country to make sure there are no surprises when your delivery arrives. You can find a variety of import caluclators for your country from the UK online.

Your String Ting is made by hand, she is tough, but please handle her with care. The bottom of your bag or in your dusty pocket ain’t no place for your Ting to be. She was born to shine, so wear her on your arm with pride. And, if she gets a little something-something on her, gently clean her with a small dab of washing up liquid on a toothbrush.
