The crystals are made of glass, they are very hard-wearing but we would advise a certain level of care when handling. They can feel as though they have sharp corners at first but they will become slightly muted with wear.

Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product. All items must be returned unopened and unused in their original packaging. Please note, shoppers must return the packages via a tracked service. String Ting does not pay for return shipping. A refund will be issued once the product is received and inspected and confirmed as new.
